HTTC - Boo Banner Wreath

Hello all you Rhinestone Beagle readers. I'm Heather from over at Me Making Do and I am so excited to be visiting here today.
I have a cute Boo Banner Wreath to share with you all.
I love how it turned out, I hope you do to.
Here is how I made it...
You will need this Banner I made up for it.
I had half of a foam board left from another project (purchased at Dollar Tree). I set a large plate on top of the foam and traced around it then placed a small plate in the middle and traced around it crating a wreath shape. I cut out the wreath using an x-acto knife. Then I glued it on top of another piece of foam and cut it out as well. I wanted the double thickness, but it wouldn't be totally necessary.
Then I glued the end of my black yarn ball to one side and wrapped and wrapped the yarn all around the wreath covering all of it.
Then I cut out my Banner and cut it out and glued it to a piece of yarn long enough for it and to wrap around and glue to the back of the wreath.
I thought it was pretty cute even left like this.
But I added some pom pom's. I just made them with the wrapping around your hand method. Then just glued them to the wreath.
And there you have it a Fun Simple and Inexpensive wreath for Halloween.
Thanks Anita and Kelly for having me.
